Tri-Lakes Monthly Refresh Packages are available exclusively to clients who’ve received “The Lakes” Complete Detail or “The Landing” Complete Detail within the past 30 - 45 days.

This thoughtfully designed package is reserved for Tri-Lakes clients who’ve recently had their vehicle detailed. Offered on a monthly basis, it focuses on maintaining that just-detailed look by meticulously resetting high-impact areas and renewing protection throughout the cabin.

We’ve just restored and revitalized your vehicle — now let’s keep its interior properly protected, looking fantastic, and feeling like the jewel it is!

What’s Included:

  • Thoroughly vacuum interior (carpet, mats, seats, trunk/cargo area)

  • Touch-up door and trunk/cargo area jambs

  • Remove dust and debris throughout cabin

  • Light cleaning of fabric seating, carpet and upholstery

  • Light cleaning and conditioning of all leather surfaces

  • Dress and U.V. protect all interior surfaces (natural sheen)

  • Clean glass surfaces to streak-free shine (inside and out)

  • Air Freshener available upon request (Fragrance options may vary)

What size is my vehicle?

Final pricing depends on the current condition of your vehicle upon inspection.

Standard travel throughout our service area is included.

⚠️ Condition-Based Surcharges

To ensure the highest quality results, the following flat fees may apply if your vehicle requires extra attention:

  • Excessive Pet Hair: $30 — $75+

  • Heavy Mud, Sand, or Red Dirt: $25 — $50+

  • Pine Sap or Heavy Tar Removal: $25 — $100+

  • Excessive Trash or Clutter: $20

🔄 Program Flexibility

You’re welcome to switch between The Shoreline, The Docks, and The Piers each month to suit your needs. If an area (Interior or Exterior) is skipped for a cycle or multiple cycles and you’d like to return to The Shoreline or shift focus to the neglected area, a Catch‑Up Surcharge of $30 per skipped month — or the corresponding Tri‑Lakes Signature Detail — will be required to restore that area to our professional standard before resuming a Refresh‑only rate.

* $30 discount is only available on vehicles serviced every 30 days or less. The discount will continue to be applied on each subsequent service date that falls within 30 days of the previous service date. If a vehicle falls out of this 30 day interval, the discount will pause until vehicle qualifies for it again. If a vehicle falls out of it’s 30-45 day maintenance cycle re-entry into the program will depend on availability and another full detail will be required before continuing in the Tri-Lakes Refresh Program.
