SERVICE AREA & TRAVEL
— Based in Mount Pleasant, Texas. We provide complimentary mobile service to all clients within a 25-mile radius. —

⚠️ Condition-Based Surcharges

To ensure the highest quality results, the following flat fees may apply if your vehicle requires extra attention:

  • Excessive Pet Hair
    $25— $75+

  • Heavy Mud, Dirt, Clay or Sand
    $25 — $75+

  • Pine Sap or Heavy Tar Removal
    $25 — $100+

  • Trash/Clutter Removal
    $25

Travel / Special Circumstances Waiver

If you will be traveling or otherwise not using your vehicle for a month or more, and your vehicle will remain parked (not driven) during that time, please let me know in advance and your membership will not be canceled. Upon your return, simply contact me and we’ll get your vehicle back onto the schedule.

If it is clear upon inspection that your vehicle has been garage‑kept or otherwise protected from the elements during this time, the $30 discount will apply to your initial return visit. If not, the standard rate will apply, and you will need to re‑qualify for the discounted rate by scheduling your next appointment within 30 days.

Please Note: Abuse of this waiver will result in immediate termination of Tri‑Lakes Car Care Club membership and benefits, with no option for future enrollment in either the Tri-Lakes Car Care Club or the Tri‑Lakes Monthly Refresh Program. All current and future vehicles in your household will be deemed ineligible going forward.

⚠️ Vehicle Preparation & Valuables Notice

To ensure the best results — and to avoid an upcharge for clutter removal — please remove all valuables, personal items, trash, and excess clutter before service. While I take great care with every detail, restoring and enhancing your vehicle’s condition, Tri-Lakes Mobile Detailing cannot assume liability for lost or missing items. Responsibility for personal belongings remains with you as the vehicle owner.

* $30 discount is only available on the vehicle that is serviced every 30 days or less. Discount will continue to be applied to the vehicle on each subsequent service date that falls within 30 days of the previous service date. If vehicle falls out of this cycle, discount will be removed until vehicle qualifies for it again.

Vehicle membership will remain active as long as vehicle is serviced at least once every 45 days.

Membership is limited and granted on a per vehicle basis. Additional vehicles may be added to “The Club” by choosing “The Landing” Complete Auto Detail or “The Monticello” Paint Correction & Protection Complete Auto Detail for each of them.

Please Note: This is not a contractual agreement between Tri-Lakes Mobile Detailing and any member. Either party reserves the right to walk away from this opportunity at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all. By choosing to join the Tri-Lakes Car Care Club, you are declaring that you agree to these terms.
