Choosing “The Landing” Complete Auto Detail package qualifies you to join The Club. Once your detail is complete, your vehicle is eligible for membership and you may opt-in by scheduling your first Member’s Detail for a service date that falls within the next 45 days.
If scheduled within 30 days of your initial detail date, your vehicle will qualify for the $30 discount; otherwise, the standard rate will apply.
You may also contact me about joining The Club if:
(1.) Your vehicle was purchased within the last 30 days, or
(2.) Your vehicle has been fully detailed inside and out by someone else within that timeframe.
Depending on its current condition, your vehicle may be eligible for membership in lieu of “ The Landing” Complete Auto Detail requirement. If it does qualify, the first Member’s Detail will be billed at the standard rate.
Once membership is granted, it’s recommended that each service be scheduled within 30 days of your previous appointment. To encourage this, any Member’s Detail performed within that 30-day window will receive a $30 discount.
Membership will remain active as long as your vehicle is serviced at least once every 45 days. However, maintaining the recommended 30-day schedule helps ensure your membership isn’t affected by unexpected delays or extenuating circumstances.
If membership lapses, renewal will be subject to availability and will require an additional purchase of “The Landing” Complete Auto Detail package to return your vehicle to optimal condition prior to renewal.
Travel / Special Circumstances Waiver
If you will be traveling or otherwise not using your vehicle for a month or more, and your vehicle will remain parked (not driven) during that time, please let me know and your membership will not be canceled. Upon your return, simply contact me and we’ll get your vehicle back onto the schedule.
If it is clear upon inspection that your vehicle has been garage‑kept or otherwise protected from the elements during this time, the $30 discount will apply to your initial return visit. If not, the standard rate will be applicable, and you will need to re‑qualify for the discounted rate by scheduling your next appointment within 30 days.

Membership is limited and granted on a per vehicle basis. Additional vehicles may be added to “The Club” by choosing “The Landing” Complete Auto Detail package for each of them. This is not a contractual agreement between Tri-Lakes Mobile Detailing and any member. Either party reserves the right to walk away from this opportunity at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all. By choosing to join the Tri-Lakes Car Care Club, you are declaring that you agree to these terms.
