Years ago, I dropped my car off for a professional detail. I’d always kept my vehicles exceptionally clean, so I couldn’t wait to see just how good a real detailer could make my Pride & Joy look.
When I picked her up, I couldn’t believe the results — but not in a good way.
It felt like I’d just driven down I‑30, rolled the window down, and thrown my hard‑earned money out into the wind.
That moment stuck with me. It lit a fire, and that fire burned into a passion that has never died.
I swore that day I’d never settle for a detail that didn’t meet my standards again.
So I kept cleaning my own vehicles.
Then friends and family started asking me to clean theirs, too. Just a few bottles, a vacuum, and some towels in the trunk.
Eventually, I started a little side gig I called On‑the‑Go Carwash & Detailing, complete with a catchy slogan I still smile about today:
“Go with the Flow – It’s coming your way!”
Several years later, I renamed it Above and Beyond Mobile Detailing — because even as a hobby, I wanted the name to reflect my commitment to quality and care.
Fast‑forward to today, and my mindset hasn’t changed — only the scale.
Tri‑Lakes Mobile Detailing is now a fully registered and insured, premium mobile operation committed to providing the highest‑quality detailing services in Northeast Texas.
Every detail I deliver today is rooted in that promise I made so long ago — it still drives everything I do.
I may never have the thickest client book around. That’s not my goal.
My aim is simple: To deliver such high‑quality work — with such care and transparency — that every client walks away thinking:
